Just accepted an offer with a local oil company to haul fuel. Making the switch finally from dry van to tanker after 2 years. Came across your video searching tanker life. Very nicely done video and like how you also put the highway in the top right. Can't wait to start the new job. Tankers and gravel trains is what would have me working at getting experience as dry van to work towards to. And got lucky with the local family owned place wanting to invest the time and money to take me on their team. Stay safe out there

Trying to get into trucking. Been working in plants as an Industrial Mechanic for the past 5 years and I’m tired of it. Video was inspirational. You got to build up experience before you can haul fuel right? Also thought it was pretty cool how you put the Highway/Interstate you were on in the top corner.

I have never got carded out of there... I can remember when I was training with my cousin we went there a couple times.. but we don't haul alot out of there to get a card turned on ... or if I did have a card it would most likely be turned off for not being in so long lol

When you actually get on the lane don't take but about 10 min depending on speed of pumps.. but to get there and wait then get on rack can be a average of 30 min to hour

Wellll we fixed the ac on it and it ran great for about 2 nights... until it lost all the freon cause of the fittings on the condenser leaking... have not been back by the yard since to get the lines off and sent down to get new ones made... so once we get them new lines it should work just fine after that... assuming we don't have anymore bugs to work out..... but once we get all the bugs worked out it should be fine...
