My wife Stephanie really enjoys her day job and not so much reselling. Daycare isn’t ideal but Seth gets to interact with other kids everyday and I think that is a huge benefit in his development!

Random question, how did your wife found out that she was gluten intolerant? My wife is having issues as well but we cannot figure out what the problem is. Also for the banana, open it on the bottom end(not the end with the stem sticking up) by pinching it and you’ll have the perfect peel every single time.

Hey Rob, I think it was on a panel for a blood test she took. I think a lot of the population has an issue with gluten. When we stopped eating it their was a lot of positive changes in our health. I went back to it because it’s delicious but have you wife ask to be tested for it or just eliminate everything with gluten and you’ll start noticing difference in how you feel after eating.

No wonder you need caffeine drinks later in the day! You block your adenosine by having coffee as soon as you wake up. Man oh man. You can google 'adenosine caffeine afternoon crash' but everybody has to figure out what they can tolerate. I hate the afternoon crash so much so i delay my coffee for about 90 minutes. Sometimes 1 hr. Since we're sharing personal info 😉

You can drink carbonated water if you just want the fizz. Lots of great options and of course it's OK if you like the sugar and caffeine. But a lot of people who get afternoon crashes don't know how adenosine in the body works. I think it's really interesting. You can also burn off adenosine by working out in the morning. My brother in law used to have a coffee maker in his bathroom that was set to start brewing at 4:30. Not lying. His clock went off and he stumbled to the shower and after a minute reached over and brought the cup into the shower. He only did this while his wife was gone a year teaching in Japan. Coffee is so addictive. I love it too.
