I feel you I homeschool a high schooler that’s intense chemistry was not fun. And adding electives. I also homeschool 3 others 11, 8, and 6 but I have a sneaky toddler 3yrs and a high maintenance 10 month old she will not stop crying unless someone is holding her she could be losing her voice and she won’t stop. So we swap her between myself and my three older girls. 15,11,8 my homeschool days are not like this. But I wouldn’t trade it for nothing

I just want to thank you for sharing your days and opinions! It’s so refreshing to get a look into someone else’s (REAL) homeschool day. Watching you navigate the lessons and juggle all the kids is like spying on myself. Thank you so much! Homeschool moms juggle a lot. Even watching and editing this video I was surprised with how late we started that we accomplished so much and that was all before dinner! It made me realize that I make excuses for myself a lot, that we don't have enough time, when if we just buckle down and do it, we DO! ;)

Came across your old videos. Now I know why Gather Round resounds so well with me and my family, because the heart behind it resounds with mine! @@surinakhirashah3615 don't worry. You are not alone. Homeschooling is different from schooling at home because of the quarantine. If your kids are still directed by the school. @HomeschoolOn6 жыл бұрын
Yes, we have snack times, I think I showed that in the video, they often go outside during that time when the weather allows, and then we do lunch as well. Morning basket is just subjects/read alouds/poetry that we put into a basket and work through. In ours we have history and science (which we alternate), a read aloud, poetry, and Bible. We do that all together as a family before moving on to our more independent or one-on-one bookwork.
