14 years is a long time. What age did you start? The only thing I don’t like is having to help each other at the end. I wish I could leave when I get done. The lazy housekeepers take advantage of this knowing they will have to get help at the end. Our shift is from 9am-3pm and some of them don’t be half done. Pisses me off.

I enjoyed doing laundry, went home shoulders sore and everything lol laundry is the backbone of housekeeping, they couldnt be efficient without us :D

Lol the laundry people be tripping. Don’t want to bring nothing up so we have to keep going down stairs to them or looking for stuff on different floors. Smh.

each hotel operates differently, if its not their responsibility or on their checklist, they're not obligated to bring or restock the housekeeping carts...the more a laundry attendant have to leave the room, the less folding they'll be able do...also, housekeepers are the first to point fingers when tips become and issue so no one (houseperson/laundry attendant/ supervisors) ever wants to help them

Before the virus,we use to clean the room when the guest are in there if they want us to but that's only for stayovers! But we clean the rooms after the guests leave,if the guest is a check out
