Hey Lauren. Love your videos. Working on opening up a juice shop in my area and working on bottle supplies and labeling. Where do you get your bottles and labels and how do the labels stand up to the dishwasher?

Congrats! Labels from Lightning labels and they stay on just fine through the dishwasher. Bottles are from Stanpac :)

Hi, I am trying to start a vegetable juice business in Brazil and I wonder if you could share a tip, please? I am having a problem in sealing the juice bottles so the juice can last up to 5 days, right now only last for 3 days. It a cold press juice

Hmm be sure to use a lemon per 5lbs of produce and keeping the produce cold helps. What’s the recipe? Green juices show oxidation the fastest.

@@LaurenMattice Thank you for replying. I am making a green, a beet one and turmeric one. The green the recipe is for 300 ml bottle I am using:140ml cucumber 30 ml celery 45 ml collard green 5 ml ginger 15 ml lemon 65 ml apple I am adding lemon to all the juice all around 10 ml.

Hmmm only thing I can think of is occasionally I’ll get a funky green juice recipe where the acid and alkaline combo of fruits and veggies will cause them to settle out weird. Celery is really alkaline mixing it with other things can occasionally create a funky mixture. I’d play around with the recipe. Wish I could help more.
