I'm a 3rd year BBA student and the main difference I feel is that the MBA buildings are a bit far away from the other departments. It's more crowded for us and we get to interact with some departments close to us, not just the BBA students but also students from law, engineering, etc. Overall atmosphere is usually much more hectic but also fun.
