Do you know of any interviews done with professional cellists? I'm thinking of possibly aiming for it as a career, but I don't know the exact details of everything it would entail yet! Like how often are group rehearsals, and if the pay is liveable, and if the atmosphere of the orchestra is similar to one of youth orchestras!

I'm not sure of any interviews, but there is a lot of stuff about this kind of thing on my channel, with more to come. To answer one of your questions from my own perspective, rehearsal schedules depend, but we usually have a maximum of 4 rehearsals, including the dress, before a concert. Fewer sometimes, including occasionally just 1, and sometimes more for something larger in scale, like an opera. It's a really tough path leading up to getting a job in an orchestra, but it is rewarding if it happens. I hope that helps you as a starting point to your questions!

That stove you cook on has to go away. Cook with natural heat. Cook with fire.

I agree with you, I definitely find it easier to cook on a gas stove...unfortunately, I don't have any choice in the matter as a renter!
