Thank you. Regarding the salaries, less than big techs. In terms of SE, US in average has by far the biggest salaries, however the salaries here are good, similar to Europe salaries

C# is a great option, many big enterprise softwares use it and many new also are adopting it. For sure you will have many job opportunities learning C# and Microsoft development environment from my opinion is by far the best. Good luck :)

some companies do provide, on my case it is not included. If you live in a shared apartment, renting a room it may be around 3000AED, on my case I prefer to live alone, so it's more expensive. You can have a good idea of prices on Bayut.com

It’s a bit different, depending where you live in Europe it’s more quiet, Dubai is kinda of 24/7, everyone is moving on to make business, etc. So here life is more hectic, but particularly I can't live somewhere very calm, so I prefer to live here, but it's something very personal. Salaries are compared to Europe, in general is not so higher than there, save some exceptions. The life cost is also similar

I mainly work in backend, therefore I use C# in a daily basis to build: - Libraries that must be used within the company's hardwares to extend functionalities. - API's to allow externals to integrate with our systems. - Windows Services to automatize some functionalities and tasks.

Hi. Yes, Java is highly used when it comes to enterprise software. Many systems run on top of Java, I would recommend, also as you already started to learn. Hi. There is no specific programming language you should learn, the most important thing is start somewhere to understand the programming paradigms, after understanding it, any language will be much easier to learn if you wish to. My personal choice was start by learning C#, but I would start learning also Java if I knew it earlier. As personal choices those are the ones which I most like. Anyway, all the best :)

Vive bem sim. Na realidade onde eu trabalho é mais focado em edifícios empresariais e tal (Business Bay), a parte mais movimentada em questão de lazer é onde moro (Marina), aí preferi até por conta de estar próximo da praia e tal. O preço perto do trabalho é na realidade, relativamente mais barato, por conta dessas questões que comentei (menos atrações de lazer, afastado da praia). De qualquer forma, o trajeto completo até chegar ao trabalho é cerca de 50 minutos, então para mim não foi de grande impacto
