You don't need a degree for that. Refer to the resources on the internet. Self-learning is the best :) UI/UX designer with a degree in fields like graphic design, computer science, human-computer interaction. Some people also break into the field through online courses and boot camps.

Im not an Ui/UX Designer, my guess is if you work for clients , you can earn more than 100k+ monthly, if you working at a company, maybe around 40k - 80k (My guessing, not sure about)
