According to me, after all these physical activities during the one hour study time at night is not enough to complete the day's notes, lessons and assignments. They focus more on parade, muster etc but less on academic subjects. Students grievances are not heard because their voices don't reach to the authorities directly as seniors are posted as middlemen and they hushed up the matteres of juniors and freshers using intimidation or fake promises. Money they charge is exorbitant which is more than what it's mentioned on the admission details. Illegal collections through fines and indos charges are a norm. Food is just OK with cheap bread jam for breakfast twice a week which doesn't serve the students get through till lunch.
