I think you can bring a woman to the US. However you have to find the right one.

@walkingmanwalks my Filipino friend says I need to visit Manila to find one because majority want a foreigner to support their family.

She probably knows better than me. But I can tell you my Filipina does not ask me to support her family, and she is from the province. I think you just need to be smart and vet them carefully. It sounds bad, but I would look for a girl who has very little experience with men. No kids, not many bfs etc.
