Gracias Urbina Law Firm. Que Dios lo bendiga!

I came To US on 2004.on Q1 visa. I got married 1st time my ex wife want annulment, she convince the family judge that I was marrying her for papers. I got married 2 times after never filed. I got raided by ICE and was detained with NTA in 2013 got out by bond. I got married 4th time but my exacusation keep haunting me. Got approved I-130, after 2 years got revoked and my I 485 got denied and USCIS mailed me new NTA in 2018. My lawyer filed cancellation of removal, my wife has serious medical issues and depend on me a lot even doctor wrote a letter stating that. When we went for final hearing the IJ said that I was served NTA in 2013 so I dont meet 10 years requirement and Asked my lawyer what's her argument, my lawyer said we have new NTA 2018, the IJ said that she doesnt have that and told my lawyer she can argue that on Appeal. The IJ refused motion to make another hearing and keep saying that we had enough time to file with the new NTA, the IJ said that my case been in court docket for a long time. Now, the case is on BIA since March 2020, I got my work authorization card. Why the IJ judge didnt accept the new NTA from my lawyer? Any way do you think that my lawyer was negligent?? Why USCIS didnt submit a copy of new NTA to the court? What happened if the BIA denied my appeal? Will ICE come look for me immediately? Can I take it to supreme court? Or circuit court? Can I or my wife send a letter to the president of United States asking for help ? Thank you

So, working that much isn't healthy. Is this an industry normal?
@mothman46723 жыл бұрын
Definitely, but overworking is a problem in many jobs beyond law, the hours nurses and firefighters work are ungodly lol

Unfortunately, it's more common than most of us would like.

Why can’t an “American” lawyer speak English? Ridiculous!
