you can always find rocks near oceans and rivers. Here, many plant stores sell rocks which they get from the beach and etc.

This is Carmona microphylla or Fukien Tea. The Fukien Tea is originally from China and it was named after the province Fukien, in Chinese Fuijan.

Yes! It can be planted provided you put it under the shade to allow the cutting to bear roots.
