A Day in the Life of Chris Mack- Xavier University Basketball.

This is a story I created while working at Local 12 News here in Cincinnati, Ohio. Producer Kevin Barnett had this crazy idea to profile a college coach, and to highlight what it's like to be them for a day. Photojournalist Ed Burkholder, producer Kevin Barnett, and myself spent over 18 hours with Coach Chris Mack from Xavier University on February 13, 2013. We had hours and hours of footage from throughout the day. It took many hours in the editing bay, and numerous revisions to condense those 18 hours into a little under 5 minutes for air. The attached video is what we came up with. My thanks to coach Chris Mack and his family, Xavier University, the XU Basketball team and coaching staff, as well as my Local 12 family for their assistance throughout the entire project.
