I do have a very serious question I'd like to ask you I am an MMA fighter who has been out of the ring for 6 years I was run over by a drunk driver I had to have cervical fusion and reconstructive surgeries and both legs and both ankles but after 13 months in a wheelchair and crutches I'm ready to step back into the cage. My only problem is now is that I have a fight in 10 weeks and I'm 235 lb and my fight is at 185 lb I have a training camp set up and I put it in real work every morning between 2 and 4 miles and I am lacking the basic knowledge for a proper nutrition diet that can get me to approximately 200 lb before my weigh-ins so that way I can eat healthy and feel healthy and not so drawn and cut too much water weight before my fight please do you have any suggestions?
