Hmmm, yeah, you're probably right, the driver side one is pretty bad. Not rubbing but off center compared to the passenger one I fixed.

The Baja bug sounds Great! Mislabeled jets, what a pisser!😡 good discovery 👍🏻 Those headlights are mounted terribly all recessed like that. Would that pass an inspection that way? CU soon 😁

Yeah, pretty annoying for sure. Had the idle jets actually been 55's as labeled it probably would have ran fine.🤨 Those headlights are mounted pretty bad, but at least the passenger side doesn't rub the tire any more lol.

I love the sound of that lovely Baja! Seriously, Empi need to sort their quality issues out. Well done on getting to the bottom of all the issues and getting this running well! Will the cal-look need the alignment rechecking once the tank and bonnet, etc, are on and adding weight, thereby lowering it a little?

Thanks Robert! Yes, its sad how poor their QA (or lack thereof) is on some parts! I'll check the alignment again for sure, it may change a little. 👍
