I'm curious what your pitch count gets to in these sessions and does the stress ofa normal baseball situation make it harder than throwing for example 100 pitches in the taped environment?

Your level of determination and perfection comes from an internal place that is hardly understood by most people. One of my biggest OCD passions happens to be hunting.. I obviously live in Nevada. I hunt deer, elk and antelope with a bow... its also an understood sport. Practice is one thing, but being on target with a live animal somehow stops all time. If my mind is clear, breathing is down perfectly and my yardage estimation is correct, only THEN do I get a shot. Shot placement is the key, but the difference between success and failure can come down to a lack in preparation of outsmarting the animal in its sense of sight, sound and smell...

Are your calories well planned? I have seen an increased volume in the abdominal area, do we need that extra weight in the belly to help lower the center of gravity and gain stability when pitching?

Quite apart from drive, diligence, etc. - all fine qualities indeed - the reason the One Percent are the One Percent is because they've appropriated the fruits of workers' labor. It's a convenient myth to ascribe the attainment of vast wealth to some kind of superior ethic - when in fact it is merely the plunder of low-wage workers (the Wealth Creators) whose daily work generates All Revenues.

He threw the ball 96 on a dead run as hard as he could with zero control....then he threw it 74 when throwing to the batter...I never believed the MLBs pitch speed when they show it on tv or the board at games...no way someone throws 95-100 off the mound with any type of control...not in today's game with no roids...my conspiracy theory is they used to throw that fast back in the roid era but it would have just been a bigger shit show if they outted all the pitchers also on roids it was bad enough with just the batters so now they can't show the real speeds bc people would notice when a fastball goes from 95-100 back in the 90s which is still hard for me to believe anyone could throw that fast even with roids but if they did they can't show the real speeds now which are probably mid 80s maybe high 80s for some of the best pitchers bc everyone would easily catch on as to why that is the case...
@joekay33484 жыл бұрын
Could/should be one of the best pitchers in baseball, but de-conditioning is an obvious limfac. TB undoubtedly has all the tools, knowledge, and understanding of biomechanics and physiology to be a complete stud, but lacks practical application by way of functional strength and conditioning. If he would exponentially improve limbo-pelvic complex strength and stability and decrease body fat while increasing lean mass, the guy would be unstoppable, because mechanically, he’s one of the best in business.
