Man, I love your vlogs! I can tell that you put a lot of effort and creativity into the various camera angles and editing. It’s very interesting to see what is going on behind the scenes of a pro player. Also love the relaxing music in your videos! I recently started playing table tennis again after a 25y break so I’m training like crazy now and attending every training camp I can so I can catch up with my team mates. Your videos are very inspiring and motivating. Also many useful tips! Thanks so much! 🤪🏓

@@IbaDiaw the story, and the scope of it. It gives input in a professional players daily life. So when you have a good story to tell its interesting. It could be a simple story of a training session as well and the thoughts behind this session.

Iba, monsieur ! Thanks a lot ! Keep going Iba !
@IbaDiaw Жыл бұрын

Amazing quality Vlogs. One question I always ask myself no matter the sport. What makes some athletes better than others? On a professional level all atheletes surely train a similar amount so why are some players better than others? Is it just the talent at the top or different playstyle that is more succesful?
@DerReaperZockt Жыл бұрын
I would say, its the way they play the game in their head. Chinese and European Top spins are different. They may train the same but in the end its the Head and Agility who wins the game.
@IbaDiaw Жыл бұрын
It’s a very interesting question but there is not really great answer ! It’s a lot in the mental part of the game or perspective of each individual ! How they see the game how they approach it ! How they deal with success and failure ! It’s a very large area 😬
@greenLinkLP Жыл бұрын
@IbaDiaw I understand. I just find it fascinating to figure out why some people are better at the top level because that is the area in which most factors are similar. In lower levels someone might train a lot more or is more physically fit, but at the top level they are all training pretty much the same amount and are all doing their physical work. It's especially interesting when some players suddenly become much better than they used to be. Patrick franziska for example started peaking a lot later than someone like ovtcharov or moregard.
