13:01 "The mind is thinking the same thoughts". I have noticed that sometimes my notes on things I am working on are the same notes that I have been making several weeks earlier, and these thoughts about things to work on feels like they are brand new in the moment.

@IbaDiaw Жыл бұрын
Merci !

could you give any advice for knee pain when playing?
@IbaDiaw Жыл бұрын
I have few exercice for me, but every pain are different! I’m not really a specialist so my best advice is to see a physio 😬😁

Great video! Do you always end a table tennis training in your pre-season with a footwork/no service exercise? Like the 3 point FH and Loop-Loop
@IbaDiaw Жыл бұрын
Yes always ! And during the season I end my training with services and receives ! 💪🏾

Thank you very much for the Video Iba! 🙏🏽 How can I play the Exercise 3 of the Second Training with a Lefthander? Should the Lefthander loop my half long service parallel into my forehand and than I counterloop into his backhand or should he loop my service diagonal into my backhand and than I (spin-)block or step around and play forehand counterloop paralell into his backhand and go for backhand free?
@IbaDiaw Жыл бұрын
You are welcome ! He should loop parallel! But most importantly is what happened in March when your services are going long ? If most of your opponent goes to your backhand and you struggle there. Than you have your answer ! I did this to work on my first counter loop when my service in going long because right handed goes to my FH 🫡😁

@@IbaDiaw Alright thank you very much Iba! 🙏🏽 Today I will start with the first Training of your Preparation, i‘m really looking forward to it🫡😁

I think its good you are testing material, hopefully you realize Andro rubbers are not as good, try for example Mehdi setup (I'm assuming he is butterfly and definitely using Dignics 09c)
