Hi Puja & Reza How did you sleep train Sher ? I have 4 month old baby boy and he never had 2 hours nap during the day. During the day he used to sleep 3-4 hours shorter naps but from last 10 days he is only sleeping an hour and half during the day and 10 hours night time. I am very stressed about his sleep routine. Please share your method/techniques which helped you with Sher’s sleep. Thank you so much
