Hey bro, I recently started a detailing business, I was wondering how you go about charging clients based on size of car, how messy it is, etc

I charge based on the rates around my area, I also ask questions like if they have stains, pet hair, main reasons for the detail, ect. And raise or lower depending on how bad it is. Also ask for pictures if you can
