It's not that much difficult. You'll drop you CV. Then company authority will take your viva. Then you'll join. But between company and seafarers, the agency is the bridge.

@@EXPLOREWITHMOSHIUR As rule after completing 2 years of the course a student have to train himself practically onboard. my question is does the academy provide the facilities to join a ship to complete the 12 month practical training onboard??...as it's the part of the course..... @@sanuaralam-j9d academy will provide some scholarship in some reputed company. And after that helps rest of the cadets to get ship. In addition academy has a good reputation, so cadets from here easily get ship if the market is well.
