Was so sad not to have your vlog on Sunday but then you appeared saying you’d be with us all December 🤩🤩 I love turmeric (I use Wild Nutrition) as well as vitamin D and a couple of other ones and also take Seed every day and I think it makes a big difference when it comes to fighting bugs. I have a sore throat and sinus thing going on this morning but it’s only very slightly like I almost don’t have it and I used to get it really bad at the beginning of winter. The damp cold weather doesn’t help…I’ll give the Skin Food a go as i Can’t find a moisturiser that helps my extremely flaky winter skin 🤞🥰
