Looks amazing,the next time you do this can u do afghan food?I love Turkish food and obviously kebab is my favourite thing from there,but Afghanistan has their own kebabs too lol!Also ur growing so fast mashallah,like last month you had 60-80k something?and you have 134k already,I swear your gonna get 200k before the year ends,and maybe even a million or half a million by next year November!Also I'm pretty sure this is the first time you've ate in your kitchen that we've seen!One of my mum's best freind is Turkish,the first time she went to her house was 2009 and she had Turkish coffee,she said it was nice but extremely bitter!She hasn't had it since tho!In Afghanistan we use that same white cheese with sweet stuff!I'd recommend eating mantu or ashac which are afghan dumplings but they take like 3 hours to make,and your by your self so it might take like 5-6 hours,you also needs a cooker for dumplings

You missed the yogurtsaus on the Iskender kebab🥺 and we don’t precook the meat on the pide it gets cooked in the oven. The lentil soup needed more water and don’t be shy with the seasoning😂 I never saw any of my familie add so little seasoning.
