Even though I don’t speak Punjabi I understood his language. The lunch was also a very authentic Pakistani biryani this recipe was from the same chef who created the Cholay • Famous Karachi Biryani... . @@UnderratedHijabi Next time you could do some nice italian food, home made too. Things like cannelloni al forno, arancini, bruschetta, insalata caprese, home made pizza and lots more. Desserts like, pasticciotto (alla crema) or cannelloni siciliani. Sonething very nice from my province where I'm from is called "Caffè Leccese" (it's almond milk, than ice and sugared/unsugared coffee, than you mix all together and drink it)😋 🙂I would love to see this. Amazing attemp for a first timer. We don’t put egg in the dough, just roti flower lil bit of salt and water to mix. The chickpeas would need longer to cook so they’re soft to the touch and Break. Your first attempt was amazing, we’re proud of you for trying.!

When you were cooking the food and the music you added, then, was brilliant, alot of it was Indian btw! With Pakistani songs, listen to Hadiqa Kiani, Naseebo Lal, Imran Khan etc... Their songs and music will touch your heart ❤️. Pakistani people do listen to alot of Indian songs, due to "some" of our languages being the same or similar xx.

That wasn't roti or Paratha. That was naan How to make paratha (if you already made the doh) Firstly, spreed the doh Secondly, put oil around it (if you don't put oil then it will turn into roti) Then, Add toppings (mashed potato with chillies, anything you like) Lastly, take more doh and spreed it out, add oil on it then layer it on the doh you made before. Finally fry it. Thank me later :) Edit: sorry not oil round it, on it I meant

When you rolled out the parata forst in to a strip your supposed to brush it with ghee or oil before folding rolling it so theres fat in-between the layers which gives you the flaky parata also iv never put egg jn my dough i just do water and flour but add the ghee when rolling. I dont add salt as high bp but you can if you want to. Cant believe how much effort youve gone. Credit to you. You could easily have just done shop bought things
