Hi Tom,the club looks to have a great track in a nice grassy / woodland setting The table top railway looks great with the scale lamps and buildings with great "weathering effect on the platform edging They appear to have a great (well equipped )workshop to build models, encourage and train novices in the methods and safe use of engineering machinery in the comfortable environment that they have established there Brilliant Good Luck to them Thanks for "Sowcasing" their society. It was a really nice day Tom, they certainly do have a lovely facility that is in a lovely location. We were all made to feel so welcome as well.

Great stuff Tom, used to love visiting falconwood as a kid. Haven’t been to the new site yet apart from as an onlooker on a week day when a few engines were being run behind closed doors.

So much done in three years. Did they reuse the concrete supports?

Yes, I believe the supports were reused, but all the steelworks in between, sleepers and rail are new.
