A Day Trip to Maine

Today I am taking you with me on a little day excursion to Ogunquit and York, Maine. It's not a sunny day as I was hoping but it was fairly warm. A lot of the Stores and Restaurants are still closed this time of year but it's still a nice time to visit the Ocean.

Well... I am way out here in California. But I so enjoyed this escape to a place I have never been to. Love the style of the homes... with all the gables and stone walls and shutters. So cozy. My father lived right on the coast of Florence ,Oregon.... and we would visit the lighthouses. The scenery was so beautiful. Thank you for the memories.

My friend and i drove to Ogunquit today! And then I watched this tonight. It’s a beautiful and special place for a quiet get away. And we’re looking forward to seeing it snow over the ocean tomorrow. Thanks for the visual trip.

Thank you for information on the Comorant birds. Many many years ago family visited Booth Bay Harbor, Maine. Memories of great lobster and watching the boats coming in with the lobsters. Thank you Carla, for the tour! We go to York a few times a year, and always eat at Fox's for lobster and wild blueberry pie! Stonewall Kitchen is close by, and that's so much fun too! I love how your music adds breezy happiness!

Thank you for the memories. My husband and I took that same trip a few years before he passed. I remember parking in that same parking lot by the Lighthouse. and the beautiful drive in York. It was a wonderful trip! Those homes were beautiful, they remind me of the homes on Lake Michigan between Holland and Saugatuck. I just love your video's.

Enjoyed this video. I must visit again and soon now. My sister lives in Guilford Maine and it's just a beautiful state. Best apples and grapes I have tasted were from there.

This was such a lovely video. My husband and I have vacationed for over 30 summers in Ogunquit. This tour felt like we were home there again. I find the walk along Marginal Way one of the most beautiful and peaceful places i have ever been. You captured it so well. Thank you. I think my favorite part was the drive over the bridge from Portsmouth into Maine - “Welcome to Maine, the way life should be”…

shops at cape neddick on route 1 but you could of taken shore road lleaving ogunquit to york and got ocean views instead of taken route 1

A nice video, but could do without the guitar. Just the sights and sounds of nature would be much nicer.
