Cool little bike, and especially so with the additional speed and storage (ideal for throwing in phone, keys, wallet, disclock etc) it sounds like a far more feasible option than the previous. I'm not a big fan of EVs generally, if anything quite the opposite in most applications, but there are times they work and this seems to fit that bill really well. It's good to know that a move to electric doesn't have to mean a move away from classic styling.

I hear you. I tend to speak negatively towards EV, but in a congested city where you can't go faster than 20 mph, they make a lot of sense. Keep the combustion engines and beautiful exhaust notes for outside the city where you can properly open them up and enjoy them. There's no point being on a litre bike when you can't get out of first gear...

Being old and a bit of a dinosaur I've never though electric bikes made sense. But here in a big city , this looks a stylish way to commute, if you have deep pockets.

Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment. I hear what you say, and until I got on one, I was very much the same. They are costly, especially when you can pick up a petrol 125cc for a few grand at most, but I suppose it pays for itself in other ways.

I’d love to see somewhat modified version where the bike has a rack and panniers. I would be nice to see the top speed go up to 80-90 mph and better range on the battery.

That sounds very cool, and I'm sure they're already working on it. Why would it need to be 80-90 mph, when national speed limit is 70?
