Love the old Nankai leathers hanging up there, I used to race bikes. @55yrs old I have started boxing training with a view to doing one white collar boxing match, it's a bucket list thing. Loved the vid, looks like a brill place to train. Good luck to all the lads and ladies and god bless.

Active and busy is spot on !!!! too many breaks and fitness levels drop etc a good many promising young boxers have wrapped up through inactivity and bad management!!! BUSY BUSY IS THE WAY!!

Dave is in his element. Physically and mentally refreshed, full training camp. He's fighting Clarke who he sparred numerous rds with. If Dave can land his right hand like slow, old Mariusz Wach did it's "Goodnight Clarkeyfus!"

You can't be that professional or else you'd examine the patient and look at his medical history before making a diagnosis. Dave's speech is slurred due to a tongue injury he picked up during his fight with Luiz Ortiz.
