Imagine you are thrust into an MMA fight instead of a boxing fight, right this second. Will all your admiration of boxing/neutered fighting you suddenly have to defend kicks low mid and high, takedowns, trips, throws, and if your opponent grabs you you have to defend submissions, holds and strikes low mid and high, elbows, knees, shoulder strikes, on and on. Meanwhile you are a boxer and only know how to punch and defend punches. How is that superior? You can claim preference on personal taste but don't pretend your narrow craft requires more skill. How many boxers get in a fucking cage asstard? The last one I can recall was almost 20 years ago. Yeah when an MMA fighter training all disciplines boxes a boxer in boxing they will lose 99/100 times. If an elite boxer fights an elite mma fighter in MMA which never ever happens the odds are probably 250-1. It's like a tennis player facing a triathlete if not worse. Claressa Shields is the "gwoat" yet got beat by an MMA can and has only faced cans. You boxing cretins embarrass yourself thinking MMA fighters wouldn't toy with boxers in real life let alone MMA. The MMA fighters would eat them alive. Go look at the comparative finish stats etc. Boxing is mostly boring garbage whereas there have been MMA events where every or almost every fight was q finish. Superior skillsets, superior sport. Go cry and keep watching your carnival burn as it puts on Tyson vs Paul in 2024, has six champs for every division, ppl under 30 don't know more than 4 boxers names but know 30 UFC fighters, on and on. You're done and dusted, gramps.

I've followed Tom fighting in the local promotions, he was struggling to get fights until he signed with the UFC. This guy is going to be the greatest MMA fighter to ever compete, not just in Heavy weight or the English goat, the best EVER. The guy is something special and we haven't seen his best skills at all as the guy keeps finishing everyone in the first round.
