not only men, shin bet also uses women, teenagers and parents who function as monitors disguised as tourists in a country. they are even able to work with local residents. usually they will use fake passports from European countries so that they are not easily detected. usually if there is a target they will lock the location 3 KM away. their work must be completed with the right time should not be missed. if the target is in a hotel, it makes it easier for them because their resources usually won't be seen due to their perfect disguise. that's why they are called Magen velo Yerae". you will never realize when you are talking to old people, old or young women or teenagers.
