First of all, wild respect for the two of you. Kudos! But also, your chemistry on the ice is just beyond that of all of the other elite teams, and so real, that it’s hard not wish you two back together again. :::sigh::: But of course you know what truly works for you. I’m really just saying that your chemistry, unison in edges and beautiful and compelling swift yet deliberate footwork (including the gorgeous depths of your edges), synchronized deep turns and artistry, are all so intensely compelling that these create a portrait of the two of you that’s so real and complete that it’s difficult to grasp that you aren’t a couple in that sense, though you’re clearly true friends. That’s extremely special. I see you on the Olympic podium. If it were my decision, you’d be gold all the way.
