Great vid as always. On the structure and wrecks, let the throw flasher sink below you to about 40' if the current allows it, then dive after it. Different fish will approach it, attracting shooter fish closer, like that Cobia.

Just a heads up, the battery test on the trolling motor won't accurately read lithium batteries. Normally they're just checking voltage but lithium keeps rated voltage until it dies.

Not sure if you have a charging system onboard, but the powerpole charge system can hook up with both of your engines and trolling motor. Both the alternators on those suzukis could charge it going spot to spot, or leave them on while diving and your trolling motor will stay charged. You can also pick if you want it to charge your house batteries more vs. the trolling motor batteries. Just some food for thought.

Beautiful filming with the first few drops man. How are you liking the CDR4 devilish? Looks like a cannon of a gun!
@BradenDivesКүн бұрын
Appreciate it! I love it when we get some clear water and can make some 3rd person drops with the big lens. I originally got the 140, but have since reverted back to the 130 like I had before. (haven't posted about that yet) Perfect balance in the water with the 8mm shaft. & a cannon for sure!
@KumukarlКүн бұрын
Yeah super cool to get the different angles. They look like amazing guns and with the fish you get into, the 130 will be perfect. Also love how this one ended hooking that guy up with the cuda. Haha, already looking forward to the next one 🤙

Please try a different technique on structure like this next time. Start 15-20 yards up current of the structure and go directly to the bottom or deepest depth you're going to. Often older/wiser fish will head out into the sand away from structure when something new enters the environment. If nothing is out there the current will bring you towards the structure and you can hunt on the way back up.
