This was really cool! I also prefer the old one-shot comics, and they are really the only ones that made an impact when I was a kid in the 90s (I remember just how disappointed I was trying to read x men, the last issue I tried was plain soap opera about gambit and rogue I think? Breaking up or something? Not a single issue was anything like the cartoon)

Your background is lovely. DC is mean! Lol. I want a reprint series. I had so many of these comics but not now. 😢 I have Kingdom Come but need to read it. I’ll watch your chapter vids as I read it. I haven’t read the Gail Simone run on WW - I also dislike Omnibi. I do like the N52 WW run. This is great because I can see that I have some gaps I need to fill. Your joy for Superman eating Kryptonite is priceless. Too much to write about. This video is excellent. Thank you so much. Your passion for the characters shines through.

There were a lot of Superboy stories with the Kents having super foundlings or taking in super kids. I guess this is the price of super empathy!
