New Zealand's National Film Unit presents 'A Deaf Child in the Family' (1968)
How young deaf children can best be helped by the family at home, particularly in the vital first 3 years of age. Later, special education as part of the national service of social welfare enables deaf children to take a full part in the life of the community.
