AM radio? Yes.

You can listen, and stations still broadcast but it's mostly christian, sports, and political talk radio. Along with some Spanish and sparse gospel and easy listening. Broadcasting on AM is most likely very illegal unless you get the right permits IE make your own radio station. The good thing is the FCC rarely denies people for permits to broadcast.
