Mine is more jank. SFF case with the front completely bare, with my wx7100 on one of those riser stands from amazon. ATX 850W power supply just sitting on my table completely outside the case because it is also too big to fit in the case. Works great though. I've also bought a tesla k80 for doing AI shenanigans but I have no way to cool it, except maybe a fan scavenged from another pc. Anyways, I'll worry about it when it arrives.

LOL that's awesome actually. I thought about swist tying or getting cord for an extra fan or two. Good ideas!

Thats awesome. Pretty cool perk to get unmarked chips to play with. Im somewhat in the process of making my own frankenstein. I built a new computer for my partner and stole his old x99 rig, and i am going to put a e5 v4 2679 and 256gb of ram in it for the lulz, its amazing what you can find on the used market! its also got a gtx 980. I want to host a minecraft server on it and some other game servers, and use it as a htpc/living room gaming rig. Maybe as a NAS and some other stuff too, i am trying to learn more about computers and setting up cool services is a nice way to learn a lot. Its in a HAF 912 advanced case (with the last refresh before cooler master stopped making them, so i got black painted interior instead of bare metal.) and i have spent the last couple days modding it to get the fan configuration how i want it and modernising the interior a little. The part i am most proud about is my mod of the front panel and front part of the case, where i managed to mount a extra 200mm fan in the front, so i have two of them as intakes. Its going to be whisper quiet, but still constantly move a ton of air. Just waiting on the last few parts.

Nice that is totally rad. How much did you spend out of curiosity? And were you able to get everything mounted properly? There were like no extra screw holes in this thing, I was thinking of getting twine or some chord and securing more fans but idk Badass though. That 256GB of RAM is insane haha

@@realbranflakes The secret to the low ram cost is that it is ECC server ram, cannot be used on most normal motherboards. Once it goes out of use, its pretty much useless to anyone but hobbyists and tinkerers. it was like 275 total, if you count the cost of everything, including the things i got for "free" like the motherboard, case and power supply. I live in Norway though, our used market is kinda weird. I used zip ties to hold the fan in place, since drilling new mounting holes would be a pain. It does not show though, so it looks like it was mounted the proper way lol. I think prices should be better for you actually, but im not 100% sure on that.
@realbranflakes
@realbranflakes 17 күн бұрын
@TheRealEvilSink daayum that's honestly impressive. I thought of zip ties but I figured they would melt under the heat haha Scalpers and arbitrage resellers have definitely taken their toll on the availability of new products. But at the same time, people throw away hardware here like it means nothing. Catch is, as catch can.
@TheRealEvilSink
@TheRealEvilSink 17 күн бұрын
@@realbranflakes I dont think i have ever seen a zip tie so bad it would not be able to take the heat from just a PC. After 5 - 10 years it might get a little brittle, but it should hold up for the rest of the case lifetime.

My brother questioned what David Lynch has to do with it. At the beginning of the Eraserhead DVD, before the movie starts it tells you how to program your TV. I've been using it for every TV since then when watching movies. Basically 40-46 brightness should be perfect, and you can spot the over brightness by artefacts shown in the video. Happy watching!

Read up about (Straighttalk Home Internet). It is a white cube modem router that cost maybe $100, and you can buy a $45 unlimited data Home Internet card (30 days) for it. Most people like it, and can get maybe 100 mbps speed. However, Please Note: You need to check about to see if this device has (Service Availability) for your address, where you plan to use device. All addresses don't have service availability for this internet device, and i don't think you can get a "Refund" if you buy this device or $45 unlimited internet service card doesn't have Service Availability for your address. So, check service availability (First) before you buy Straighttalk Home Internet device or Straighttalk Home Internet unlimited internet card.

I feel like everyone already knows these are fake by this point. This is not a real cartridge. This is a reproduction. The materials that the cartridge is made with are of a lower quality and can damage your system. I encourage you to check out any number of videos on KZbin about how to identify a reproduction cartridge. The Expansion Pak was a memory expansion module for the N64 which increased the system's memory from 4MB to 8MB and was required for a few games to play properly, including Majora's Mask, but also would increase the resolution on other games at the cost of frame rate.

It is a fake. The original was gold not gold sparkle printed, like Pokémon games were. It is injection and that will play but no one would take that in at trade. It is a rom. Fine if you want to play the game. Plus the original had a lenticular label. The expansion pak was used to enhance certain games that were enabled for it. But it is necessary for perfect dark, dk 64, and lozmm.
