Wow 😅 those 18 minutes flew by. I felt like an extension of myself created this video… or like someone read some deep feeling and thoughts of mine out loud. How comforting and real. I’m inspired to share even more now in humble and sweet ways, for love and connection… not to prove myself (big theme I’ve been recognising and working on since September) or to feel recognised, seen, feel like all my pain was worth it. I felt my childhood sorrows that have followed me into adulthood heard but also things resonated with my experiences as an autistic person. The mask? Oof 🥹. This year I turn 28 and like you, I’ve spent my life dedicating it to feeing human and finding connection in myself to this world and healing. This birthday I want to celebrate with as many of the safe and loving people I’ve found along my journey. But this video had me thinking wanting to be alone too, but this time for more loving and caring reasons. Now I think I will do those celebrations with others but also my celebrations by myself. Perhaps I can find a lovely hotel to wake up in and be away with myself. Loving myself. Celebrating myself. Thank you for this video and congratulations on your magnificent age and journey of self healing and love. How wonderful and divine 🥰🥰
