A delicious lunch at Chinguitti Restaurant in Nouakchott, Mauritania.

The first lunch we had in Mauritania was at Chinguitti Restaurant. It is located at Hotel Sabah Resort in Nouakchott, Mauritania. Gerak Darma's team was treated to a nice seafood lunch by our host. We were hosted by Mr. Mohamed Daha, Mr. Sidi Elshadly, Mr. Adel Bader, and Dr. Hasan Alkamel. So many nations got together (Malaysian, Australian, Mauritanian, Libyan, and Saudi) 😁. A large fish cooked to perfection, prawns, and rice is a delicious introduction to Mauritanian cuisine. It is the perfect start to our Mauritanian adventure.
