Thank you Manuel, they call them disco's in Mexico. But I have also seen them called discada's in the states. Some are deep and others not so much. Mine is just a deep wok if you really look at it.

Awesome Kirby! I remember growing up in Southern New Mexico my friends grandmother would make this I. A huge cast iron kettle. Stirred it with a carved mesquite branch that resembled a small boat paddle. Smelled so good ! Enjoyed watching you cook this !
