Awww Kerrie sending you a massive virtual hug we had the exact same with our wee boy at that age❤he is now 32 turning 33 in January and it has held him back none in life! Still to this day I remember how much I worried about him but he’s a gorgeous happy man now and has lived his best life even with that impairment! It just makes our little people even more special in their own unique way😊.. she is a much loved little lady and like mine I hope she has the happiest life going forward🥰

Dear Kerrie. This isn't about this video but I can't see how to write to you. I know that you do instagram but i don't have that. Please don't think i am prying as i do not expect nor want a reply. I just have not been able to get you out of my mind. You were so distressed on your last video about Aerys and how she was struggling and how you and Ste had some difficult decisions to make for her. I could only assume it was about whether or not to have Aerys a cochlear implant. I know it is a controversial topic.i also suggested that you might consider the Hearing Dogs for the Deaf scheme. I am sure that you will know of the scheme already. Whatever choices you make for Aerys will be the right ones. I fervently believe that. You are the most extraordinary, most loving mother who lives for her children and who strives to give them the very best lives possible. I can only assume that your husband is the same or you would not have married him! He is very hands on with them and it is endearing when he is reading to them at bedtime. Oh Kerrie, my heart aches for you and it aches for Aerys as it must be such a frightening and frustrating world for her especislly when she gets an infection and loses her hearing completely. I did think of something else but likely you have got this in hand too. Can your GP not arrange for her to get some speech therapy? It may well help her. I know there is a fine Speech Therapy department at the RVI . Please forgive me for going on so Kerrie. I have just been so worried about you and so concerned. I know that is silly as I don't know you but in some ways it feels as if I do. Maybe because we live quite close by. I live in Durham. I wish you and your family a happy and healthy 2024.
