It technically is a computer because they can edit inputs in some TAS runs. Where they can type in every single input to occur in said run then making it perfect. Whenever an error or inaccuracy or something that slows the run down they can just edit that and change it to be even faster each time.

TAS speedruns are a well understood and commonly used in basically ALL games. The Speedrunning community is very mature about these kinds of record keeping. Not to mention, the TAS is doing many, many impossible inputs. The mods of the speedrunning page for this game would own the burden of review and audit for submissions. I wouldn't worry too much about people cheating using a TAS it's not a new concept.
