I have a question! Before I go in to it, I tried contacting you through instagram then Via Email. But I realized, you probably get high traffic through both of them and don't take it the wrong way by any means, I'm not trying to bother. But, I just needed advice, because I'm 21 and I've been meaning to learn on what you're doing, but I don't know where to start like. Like using the Bo staff for instance or sword play, anything in general. I just wanna know if you know where I could start, espcially when it comes to calisthenics. Anyway, hope you reply.
