Hard to say. So what if it is? Most movie fights are sped up. She's executing the moves, which is the important thing. That being said, most staff spins are a blur, if efficient and decent speed. I have to analyze her body movement more. But in this context of entertainment, if just doesn't matter. If you're wondering, then it's been done right.

I think it's possible, plausible real speed. But it could just as easily be smoothly executed moves sped up a bit. But the jump transitions help mask that. I know people, myself included, who can spin, punch, block, and kick this fast. She's incredible... let's leave it ar that.

That's real time speed I've been following her for 4yrs now and she a stunt female she was in black widow, and woman king she help train some of the people
