I love all animals, especially dogs, and I could never live without one. *Sadly, my baby is now 15 1/2 years old, and although he's slow and struggling with arthritis, he still gives me his unconditional love, and although he doesn't have much time left, each passing day that I do have now is a blessing for me to have with him.*

Given they don't usually like Piano players on the show, it appears the answer to getting onto BGT while playing the piano is to turn into a dog. That way you can get away with playing any combinations of notes you want, where as playing Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata as a human won't get you through! LOL.
