Nice house and finishes but living in a glass cube on a TINY lot with neighbors 12' away on each side would be deal killer for me, especially at this price point. Here in Idaho Falls we have a house of very similar quality that's about 1k sf bigger on 11 acres and it cost me 200k less than they're asking for this. I just don't see the value proposition on this one. At 1.9m I'd hard pass. At 1.1-1.2m I'd put it on my 'maybe' list but the 'cons' would still loom large. Great video though. I really enjoy seeing your videos pop up on a Sat am when I'm just two sips into my first cup of coffee!
