A Drive Around Florence

A nice drive around Florence, Oregon, on a beautiful Monday afternoon. Video was started at roughly 2:37, and ends at roughly 3:00 p.m. The weather was 59°F, and partly cloudy.
The video begins on Nopal and Hwy 101. We travel southbound on Hwy 101 and turn on to Kingwood, veering left to continue on Kingwood to Bay St. Bay St. takes us around to 1st St, which we turn on to and take to Harbor St.
Harbor St. leads us to 2nd St., which becomes Quince St. as we make our way northbound to Hwy 126. We take a left on Hwy 126 and veer right to merge on to Hwy 101.
We then follow Hwy 101 all the way through town, until taking a left at Heceta Beach Road. We follow Heceta Beach Road out to Rhododendron Drive, which we take southbound back in to town.
Our final turn is a left on to 9th St. The video ends back at Hwy 101 and 9th St.

I use to live in Florence from 80's to the 90's, driving around thru your video I notice that a lot has change. I had a small business on Old Town the "Harbor Images", very nice video, puts me back to Florence.

I love this video so much. It brought back memories 😢😢. I lived there for 9 years and we were very happy. My daughter started 1st grade there. I got a call and left a couple years ago and have been sad ever since. I want to come home very bad. Thank you for sharing this video it means a lot to me. 💯💯💖💖

Vacation there July 2020 Beautiful Beaches, Friendly people, excellent camping.Really hard to leave and return to all the BS in Sacramento,Ca. Florence it's not goodbye...I'm retiring in your Peaceful Town very soon !!✌

7:47 the house on the left, used to be a palm reader's office... i used to live there when it was. VERY VERY haunted area. The stories i could tell you.

Yeah, looks just like downtown Los Angeles on a Saturday night. LOL. Oregon and California both have coastal areas with small towns, and in just about any American city you will find chain stores, etc. No big shock.
