Thank you very much. I enjoyed every second of your journey. I was born in Woolwich in 1941 and lived the first 25 years of my life in Plumstead. It has brought back so many memories. Thanks. I now live in Peru, South America!!!!

Thanks for the video. I was born in Plumstead 1952, when I was 17 we moved to Lakedale Rd, into the tower block of flats that aren’t there anymore. Left the country on a trip around Europe and returned in 1982 until 89 to Thamesmead then left for sunny California where I have remained and now in Palm Springs retired. Brought back a lot of fond memories. Thanks again 👍

Born in Woolwich in 62. Moved away in the 80s. So many changes, but was surprised to see the Volunteer is still there! 20:11. I never thought that old rough house would survive.

Great video. Lots of new buildings but lots of memories. Born in plumstesd in 77 and left in the early 2006 for Canada. I would love to visit and bring the kids.

I lived at 40 woolwich church st in the old three story houses.our house was opposite the co.op funeral car showroom.our old front door would have been near the centre of the road as it stands now..left there when i was seven destined for a new home in Luffield rd Abbey wood..

Spent many childhood years living in Woolwich and Plumstead….. went back recently and its turned into a real life “Mos Eisley”….. Kenobi had it right… “You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.” 😂. Glad I have no further reasons to ever return…
