Why did you leave the A93 after Culter? Much better scenery on A93. Sadly your car was too low to be able to photograph much of the beauty of the scenery anyway. I often do the journey in a friends low car but mostly do it in a double decker bus where you can see so much more. Please try it if you can as the journey from Aberdeen through to Braemar by bus is in my opinion one of the best in Scotland.

It sounds like traveling from Aberdeen to Braemar by bus offers an incredible view, and I’ll definitely consider that for future trips. I’ll keep your advice in mind and hopefully get a chance to experience and capture the stunning scenery you’ve mentioned.

The reason I didn't pass through Ballater in this particular video is that the route from Aberdeen to Balmoral may not always go directly through every town or village in the region. The focus of this video was to capture the journey to Balmoral, and while we didn't drive through Ballater on this route, it's a charming place with its own unique attractions. thanks for your comment 😍
