Good to see where I used to hang out when I was a teen. I lived in Fukuroi, and frequently went to Hamamatsu for shopping, eating, playing etc... This video reminded me of my good old memories. Thank you for sharing!

Good question. I am sure it would be ok but best to check the drone rules for Japan and see what it says there.

yuki no inu I am not sure. I thought it was just in parks in Tokyo. Luckily for me though I took this way back in February.

Japan Online huh, I really hate all the things happening with drones lately :( It really sucked a year and half ago I was going to start a drone business but they were banned :(

Drones aren't banned in Japan just yet. Only in flying around parks in Tokyo from what I last read. You could still start up your drone business but then again it is hard to know what will happen in a year.
